Smokey’s Scrumptious Coleslaw
Coleslaw is another one of our favorite accompaniments. However, sometimes we’ll order the dish when eating out and it’s somewhat disappointing. Either the slaw is too sweet or vinegary. We finally created a creamy and succulent coleslaw that is out of this world and is very low carb! Our recipe only has a few ingredients … and they are:
- 16oz. Cole Slaw
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Baking Splenda
- 3 Tbsp. White Distilled Vinegar
- Pepper to taste
This must be the most simplistic recipe around. We arrived home from our trip at 5pm and had prepared this dish in a matter of 15 minutes.
Upon placing the package of Cole Slaw in a large mixing bowl, we added the Mayonnaise, Heavy Whipping Cream, Baking Splenda, Pepper, and Vinegar.
We’ll then stir until the ingredients are completely mixed together and refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours.
Believe it or not…..that’s all there is…..and your Coleslaw is ready to be served! ‘
